I am finishing up my entry for this months theme,  I started late and changed the direction three times but here is the wire.  I wanted to have a stone monument of a little sister with rapture city outside the window and of course the big daddy not too far off.

How did you mannegd that? IS there some kind of map editor????

It is just done in 3ds max, no editor the piece was just personal 3D art piece inspired by the scenery in the game Bioshock.
